More ways to Use a Knife Safely: Bell Peppers


If you want your bell pepper julienned or cut into 1-inch pieces, here's a trick.  Cut off the top and bottom of the bell pepper. 


Slice off the top and bottom of the pepper. 



All of the bell pepper except the stem, membrane and seeds can be cut up and used.  
Open the pepper as you cut out the seeds and membrane.

This can all be cut by lying it flat on the cutting board--no more rolling!
Make  slices of whatever size you want.



 1-inch cubes.
